I just purchased a PROGRAM (used at Ravinia Concert Hall for 2 months in IL) Yamaha C1, shiny/ebony. I paid $13700 (delivery included) at a Yamaha authorized dealer so all warranties are there including new appearance restoration. Estimated age of piano is about 11 months.

Considering all is well, did I receive a decent deal?

I don't know pricing of new pianos. Nevertheless, it's a little late at this point to be asking.

Go play your new piano and be happy with it. It's a nice instrument. wink

The price that you received was quite good! Congrats and enjoy your new grand.

I agree with Derick; unless you have a mind to renege on the deal - which might cause all manner of unpleasantness - I wouldn't spend another minute worrying about it. Enjoy!

I agree with what everyone else said! smile

Now with the money you saved, have a great tech. come over and work some magic on it. After a touch up on the regulation, and a bit of voicing, you should have a very nice performance instrument, and for a good price (seemingly).

That is one the nicest of the baby grands that I have played. Some of them are not that good, but the Yamaha C1 has a richer tone than it's size should and a good scale design.

Enjoy it, you have a very nice piano, and don't look back,

freddie

Happy holidays to you and your family also. I'm getting ready here to hit the parents house for some grub and gifts...lol...
