Hello, could anyone tell me if this Howard piano (manufactured by Kawai) is worth something?

It sounds decent, but probably needs a tuning and cleaning. It's a baby grand. Thanks for your help.

The piano is from 1967, and I see them on the web for sale around $3,500 USD. But any price depends entirely of the condition of the piano.

I agree. thumb

I have one almost exactly like it, from 1969, a Howard/Kawai 550, 5'10" grand, same satin walnut finish.

They are nice pianos, very nice. Action is just a tad heavy, but most Kawai grands of that era were.

Good luck, and welcome to Piano World!

Yes, Kawai built Howards for Baldwin, and later/currently build Boston pianos for Steinway.

Kawai also builds nice pianos under their own name. thumb
