I want to thank you all for some stimulating discussions, some valuable insights and many very funny moments. I have gained much in discussing topics of the day with those on the other side of the fence and, if anything, my view of those who believe differently has been enhanced and with added nuance. I have enjoyed discussions with all of the people here and hope that I have contributed something of value as well. I have enjoyed many good times here in the last three yeras and I would like to thank Frank Baxter for this time we have shared together. As I said in another thread, I truly wish him well.

So long.

All the best you too, JB. You have no idea how many times I read your post and wished I was smart enough to say those things.

But, I did say those things I learned from you in other places and other times. Now that I won't have you to quote people are going to think my IQ is slipping.

Also, you are one of the wittiest persons I have ever met.

You are a great person JB, and I'm going to miss you.

In friendship,

Tom

Thanks, Tom. Don't sell yourself short. You have said many things I wish I had said as well and your your sense of humor is as good as any I have seen. You have made me laugh more times than I can count.

Yes JB, I agree with Tom. You are one of my favorite people here. And I have often been in awe of your intelligence and wit. There are several people here that I am going to miss quite a lot. You're one of them.

There are people in this room who are smart, some who think they are smart, and some who wish they were smart.

Then there are those who are above the rest in sheer wattage.

Dave Burton. Renauda. gryphon. JBryan. Shantinik.

Others have had their moments, but those guys were the best.

JB, you and a handful of others have really kept my eyes on the screen.

Your wit and way with words has on so many occasions said what I wished I was articulate enough to say.

I truly hope that I will see you "again" in "another coffee room" somewhere.

Renauda, Larry, Apple, etc.
I hope you all know how much you have meant to me. Some of the long time posters here have really created identities that I relate to in my real life.

You're all very special, and I hope some piece of this carries on in some form, somewhere.

Jim, you've always been one of my favorites here. Hope we meet up again on another forum. I'd hate to think that we've chatted our last together.
