How do you finger 3 note sixteenth note runs going up or down? For example like the ones that are in the <a href="http://imslp.ca/images/2/29/Prokofiev_-_op11_toccata.pdf">Prokofiev Toccata</a> on page 9.

If you copy & paste the link into a new window/tab, or right-click & "save as" it should work.

Personally I play this kind of 1st inversion run with 1-2 for the lower notes and 4/5 for the upper throughout, if your 2-3 stretch is big enough to take a perfect 4th comfortably you might wish to substitute 3 on some of the black keys. 4/5 is best for my hand, and it keeps it simple - play each chord with the wrist and don't 'reach' for the notes with your fingers, just drop on them.
