The P125A has a much bigger sound engine than the P-125a. Also, the action of the P125A can be dangerous - especially for new and inexperienced users. Dangerous to fingers - and can even potentially remove fingers.
AS far as I can tell the only difference from the P-125a to the older P-125 is the addition of both Key-off Samples and String Resonances. The specs are on this (Australian) site https://au.yamaha.com/en/products/musical_instruments/pianos/p_series/p-125a/specs.html#product-tabs Hopefully they are keeping the USB midi and USB audio features. My biggest gripe with the P125/121 are the short sample lengths followed by some unrealistic looping.

The p-125 (no A) has both string resonance and key off samples listed as features...
