I'm retired from the United States Military Band (USMA Band) and this photo is from before I arrived in 1975. My guess is this photo was taken in the late 1960s up until late 1974. It's clearly not a Rhodes and I don't remember any decent electric keyboards in the Band when I arrived in 1975.

Any ideas what this is?

There is a very clear logo on it, but don't recognise the abbreviation.

Apologies if this gets posted twice. Didn’t see my post show up so trying again. Clotheared is right that it’s a combo organ. I think it may be this model:

Cannot help you iD that board, but just wanted to say that i once had the great pleasure of seeing & hearing a different USM Band.

In the late 90’s, one morning i landed on Oahu, on Pearl Harbor Day, and upon taxiing to the harbor, i discovered many activities going on, some somber, some happy, to include sitting down and being blown away by the Pacific Fleet Ensemble!

I think you might be correct that it's a Gem keyboard.

I vaguely remember a keyboard that resembled the one in the link you provided. The keyboard I remember from that time had a blue top and not the orange one shown in that link.

A horrible keyboard as I remember.

The mystery has been solved I think. Thanks.

Looking at the uniforms, they look like US Korean war dress uniforms.
There is this model however (a Farfisa) which IMO suits the stand better than the GEM does

Well, that logo is a one for one match, right?? I think Cloth and GT1 nailed it. If not exact model, then the manufacturer for sure.

The logo might be correct ok.
However, the blow up you've shown clearly shows two very different instruments and the stand is different on the blow-up too.

I think this isn't so simple.

According to wikipedia, prior to 1990, Italy-based General Music, which at some point during the “early years” bought the GEM company (which owned ELKA/ORLA), produced 3 lines: GEM, LEM and ELKA.

Yep it clearly looks like a different model. But I'm guessing Dave Horne can let us know to what extent he is interested in nailing that down! I was just impressed that folks could so quickly come down to the combo organ conclusion.

The issue is that on fan websites, there are very few pics of the posterior side of the instrument.
