Has anyone used the Soundbrenner pulse metronome that you wear? I am thinking of getting one, what are your thought on this product? I am a piano student for over 3 years and think this may help keep my rhythm if I can actually feel the pulse.

Product link for those of you who do know know about it.

DFSRN:

Why don't you post your query in one of the Pianist Forums, either Classical or Non-Classical? This forum is (primarily) for the discussion of acoustic pianos.

Did you get any useful info on the Soundbrenner Pulse? Did you buy it? Do you know if you can use the watch part with the free app or have to pay $5 per month to have a steady beat?

I had one, and the app is free with the watch. It works as advertised, but I found that a pulse does not help me keep rhythm as well as an audible metronome. I have since sold it and gone back to the metronome.

I had considered keeping it just to help me keep time on the down low when performing, but decided that a wireless earbud in my left ear with a metronome streaming from my phone would work just as well.
