From one of the students in the studio. The Steinway D sounds so great!
It is a demanding recital, for a non-music major student.

WOW!

Why the wow?

Besides that the playing is excellent....
Folks, check this out:
It's not just a piano recital.
The student also plays the first movement of a BASSOON concerto!

The BASSOON is unique, not an easy instrument at all.
I am surprised it actually sounds pretty balanced with the piano lid down.

Sounds really good, especially considering she's only a high school student!

She has been taking classes for years. I agree for a non-music major high school student, this is very good.
This is the first time I listened to this Steinway D closely, it is such a beauty!

Wow, very beautiful and quite a feat of endurance. Even though none these pieces by themselves are exceptional for her age, I am impressed by the breadth and variety of repertoire. Now she only needs to take it to the next step and have it all memorized.
