It's Fun to Play the Piano ... Please Pass It On!
One comment here about Zimmerman's playing is that if he played his piano on a battlefield everyone may just stop and listen? Perhaps they would think "is that sound a bird singing? What is life really about then?
Well, that was an absolutely delightful 20 minutes! If only Mozart were as easy to play as he makes it look. A real day-brightener, thanks for posting it!
If a bird ever starts singing like that in my garden I will catch him, fit him up with a cute little tux, put him on stage and sit back watching all the money roll in.

My piano's voice is my voice to God and the great unknown universe, and to those I love.In other words a hymn. That is all, but that is enough.Life goes on, despite pain and fear.Music is beautiful, life is beautiful.

I have just listened to Zimerman playing Mozart while listening to the birdsong youtube above.Try it, listen to both its actually quite a unique experience.I think that this is actually the Ukraine countryside. It would be Zimerman playing in the countryside.

Good idea Jean Claude, be careful he does not fly away, still wearing the tux and the money to a safer environment.Better to take him to Paris.
