I'm wondering what's the chord at 1:17. It sounds like a Bbm/Eb (Ebm7sus2) to me.

I'm wondering what's exactly are the notes played in the below video? It seems like two diminished chords played at the same time that are a tri-tone apart, or something?

I've the exact time stamp of it here in the youtube video. The higher notes sound like Eb C A.

Ah that must be it. I never was forced to realise that the m7sus2 and a 9 chord only differ by one note! I won't forget my first introduction to the 7sus2 though

2:13 - F7
2:17 - Bm
2:22 - F#/E
2:25 - A/E
2:29 - F#/E
2:33 - Bm
2:37 - F#/E
2:41 - Bm
