I should add that it was purchased new in 1987 in Covina, California and we decided to sell because the wife can no longer play do to arthritis and the children have moved out. Meanwhile, I am fooling around with playing and may pull it from the market if this old dog can learn new tricks. Just now some pictures were submitted, but perhaps they have to be reviewed before posting. This is the same instrument that is up on Ebay, which is proving to be a poor venue since its rule keep an interested party from playing the Yamaha before buying and no one should buy a piano without first checking it out. I want you to play and have your techician inspect the Yamaha.

I somehow made a mess of trying to upload pictures. PM me if you would like to see some. That or you can see some either on Ebay or on Facebook Marketplace for Irvine, California. Look under pianos

Iam getting a lot of local interestin my area, which is just a few miles from Irvine, CA, and I don't think I will find it difficult to find a home for the Yamaha, but this young woman had be baffled this morning. She played it well and loves the G1. She wasn't wild about the mahogany until she saw it. I wish I could get my pictures to post here. She has one obstacle to making a decision, which is she has to replace a Kawai 6 footer. She has todecide if a 5'3" baby can replace a 6' grand.
