So this is it, I'm about to move from classic heavy duty stage piano to strong portable workstation. I'm down to 3 options and would really like some help with advice to whom put my money on.
Korg Krome EX61 VS Yamaha Modx6 vs Roland FA06.
I play keys in an indie rock band mainly putting my energy as lead songer, so I'm looking for the best little helper for this 2-job purpose. Easilly manageable panel with decent key action is a must.

In my opinion MODX6 is the best option.
It has live set(Yamaha answer to KORG Setlist).
After start using live sets I thought I couldn't live without it any more.

It has the best acoustic samples in the market, for sure if we are talking about stalk sounds and not expansion libraries, although KORG Krome EX also has some very good acoustic samples. Roland FA acoustic samples are hit a miss, too many horrible sounds.
It doesn't has a virtual analog engine, but it has an FM engine, and I think it capable to produce all the bread and butter synth sounds we keyboardists need.
Also has some very good sampled synth sounds by the way.

Tone-wheel organ sounds are very important for a keyboardist, it doesn't has tone-wheel organ engine, but it has one deep sampled tone-wheel organ, it sounds good to me, but I think I'm in a minority about that.

A nice bonus is, that it has the real classical FM piano found in dozens 80s\90s pop hits, I really like this stuff.

Oh, and it certainly has the best choir and human voice sounds of all current keyboards, so if you appreciate a good choir sound, this keyboard is for you.

MODX6 has the best action of the three. It's not a great action, but unlike the other two, it is at least pretty even in its response from the front of the keys to the back. Its Live Set function also gives it the most easily manageable panel if by that you mean easy flexible patch navigation during performance.

As an aside, technically, MODX6 isn't a workstation, which is generally defined as a board with a multi-track linear editable sequencer (making it a self-contained devices for creating complete compositions), but that probably doesn't matter here.
