People,

A while ago I knew of a site where one could find shared sheet music for piano, but forgot the name/lost the link. Anyone know of such a site? Wanted to obtain the music score for Blue In Green by Bill Evans. The forum here was very helpful, had trouble finding my old posts, probably because I had to sign up again under a different screen name because of the trouble I had signing in. Had to start all over again. Also, the search function here is pretty basic/awful aS IT REALLY DOES NOT PERTAIN TO THE FORUM, BUT gOOGLE SEARCH (sorry for Caps). Dont understand it. Anyway, tips appreciated.

Buffalo.

One way to find a score is to search on YouTube for " Bill Evans Blue in Green transcription". You will generally have to pay something but the price is often small.

Also sometimes musescore has options. Another place to look is a site called Tunescribers.

Hi

If you're prepared to pay there is also an official transcription book of the "Kind of Blue" album, which obviously is more than just the Piano part.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Kind-Blue-...mp;qid=1628233807&s=books&sr=1-3

How accurate this is I don't know, but that caveat applies to any transcription.

Cheers

Anyway, I followed up on the tip above for the youtube transcription, and it is so great. I didnt know one could follow music and at the same time read notes to interpret them correctly. But how do I buy that? This one here, Im talking about:
