As the title says.
I've tried to hear the difference in the videos on youtube, and the CP73 sounds more bright/vivid to me.
Am I right? Or it's just a slight difference?

The two have completely different sound engines. Both sound engines use sampling for the CFX and Bosendorfer sounds. The AWM2 (on the CP) is an older engine compared to P515's.

I wouldn't rely on videos and recordings to judge which is brighter, solely because they sound quite different in person, and there is some subjectivity re: what one considers bright/mellow. If I tried hard enough playing with onboard settings I could make them "sound" quite similar but basically the underlying samples, and tone generators are quite different.

A man must love a thing very much if he practices it without any hope of fame or money, but even practice it without any hope of doing it well. Such a man must love the toils of the work more than any other man can love the rewards of it.

They will play differently because the actions are completely different. The CP73 also lacks the resonance modeling of the P515. However the CP73 has a greater number of different piano sounds in it.
