Here's a resource I thought teachers here might find useful. It's a A1 or A2 cheat sheet poster for piano music notation. It doesn't include everything but most of the common and useful things to know about notation for the piano. It makes a nice decoration for the teaching studio. Totally free. I hope some of you will find some use in it.

Here's the link to download: https://klavieronin.com/resources/notation-cheat-sheet/

And here's a preview:

I only have a regular printer at home, but I got it on all one page. Teeny teeny tiny clear mouse type! Will need magnifying glass to read it over!

How do I get a regular home printer to print in 4 quadrants? Thanks!

I've put together a new version in quadrants for you. It's a four page PDF and each page overlaps slightly so you should be able to stick each part together relatively easily. Just make sure when you print that the whole image gets printed.

Actually, when you print, it's best to print the pages unscaled, i.e. at 100%. It's sized to A4 paper. My printer at home is a little inaccurate so the pages didn't line up perfectly but it wasn't too bad.

whoa, thank you!

I am going to laminate it and put it up in my piano closet/room at school. During the day, high schoolers use it as a practice room for various portable instruments, and my students will enjoy seeing what they know and will know.

Great inspiration and information!

Klavieronin, I like the simplicity and clarity. It contains so much, and yet manages to do that in a clear, easy to find way.

might include ornaments with sharps + flats in the next update, they come up quite often.

Okay, I've made an update to include a couple of notes on ornaments with accidentals. I've also improved the legibility of the section on accidentals (it was a bit too small before).
