My daughter is interested in replacing her Technics digital piano. I told her about the good reviews of the KAWAI stage piano's MP11SE keybed. I there a Kawai Digital Piano that uses the same keybed?

The MP11SE has the Grand Feel (GF!) action. The latest iteration of that is called the GFIII, with some updates that might improve reliability. The CA79 and CA99 use the GFIII action, for example.

This is an older action summary from Kawai:

On this page ....

Scroll down to the bottom and you will find what you are looking for.

It shows these Kawai products which utilize the GF keybed.

CS10, CS7, CP1, CP2, MP11, MP11SE

There you go.

The CA65 and CA95 have the same original 1st generation "Grand Feel" action as both the MP11 and MP11SE.

Not to be confused with later versions like "Grand Feel 2" which is on the CA78 and CA98,
or the newest "Grand Feel 3" which is on the newest CA79 and CA99.

Like said above some current models have a newer version of the same action.

The models mentioned here with the original GF are discontinued and there's no point trying to hunt down a used digital piano if one can afford a new one with the GFIII.

Depends on what you need though - currently there isn’t a stage piano which has GFII or GFIII.
