Hello, what type of tuning hammer do you all use for the lowest notes in the base section? Sometimes the space is so tight that the tip of my hammer is too long to fit. I usually use a reyburn impact lever for most of the piano and sometimes switch to my Charles Faulk rigid lever.

I use a standard extension hammer. Normally I use a 2-1/2" long head and tip, but I have a 2" long one, and a 1-3/4" one-piece head.

I carry the first gooseneck 'student' lever that I owned. I've cut the shaft down so the overall length is only 8 or 9 inches long. It's very light, fits in a slot in my case for just these times.
