OP Pooya Full Member P Joined: Jan 2021 Posts: 98	Recently I wanted to order a few sets of the Optimized Balance Washers from www.pianoteile.com, to hopefully lighten the action of my piano. However I failed miserably because they are a wholesale store in Germany and have to abide by their domestic civil code, which prohibits selling to individuals. I explained that I live in the US, but they still asserted that they can only sell to companies. This is very frustrating. What would you advise people?

Andymania Full Member A Joined: Oct 2019 Posts: 113 Germany	you can buy "over one rail". I did it via Thomann in Germany. Its a Musicstore an they can buy there. It will be a bit more expensive. excuse my bad english, I'm not native. Corrections are always welcome!
