My wife and I have recently acquired a piano. We got it for free. After my friend and I got it into the house and were examining it, he said that it is probably much more expensive than we think it is. I joked and asked him when he became a piano appraiser, and he told me that his family used to own an antique store and that he chose to do research on pianos back when he used to help them around the store.
I, on the other hand, know nothing about pianos at the moment. I'm wanting to learn, but I think this one needs a bit of restoring before it is completely play-worthy. I was wondering if someone in this wonderful community could help me begin to restore this beautiful instrument, and also give me an idea on what it might be worth.
I'll include a few pictures, and a small video of one of my main concerns.

https://res.cloudinary.com/okamis90/video/upload/v1611866089/Piano/video0_cn9fgs.mp4I'm concerned about the 4 keys furthest on the left. They sit lower than the rest of the board, and the flat/sharp key there between those 3 keys has resistance when pressing it as I tried to show in the video. Sorry about it being a little grainy when moving.
If anyone could give me any clues as to how I can fix the keys, or if I should call in a specialist, I'd greatly appreciate it. Also, if anyone could give me an idea about what a fine instrument like this is worth, that to would be appreciated as well. lol Looking to make this a beautiful addition to our family!
