But, accordeur, you've stated that you are going to ignore the troll probably thirty times now. I'm going to politely ask that you be faithful to your words and just use that ignore button. You chose to write that on your own accord. In fact, it is only reasonable that everyone that made such a public ado about using the ignore button actually do what they say they were going to do. Words have meanings. You should all be willing to stand behind what you write. If you don't value my education, experience, opinions, or work, then it doesn't matter what I write or demonstrate. Just ignore it. Use the button, and you'll never see anything I write ever again. Easy.

Besides, it is much easier for me to stay on topic when all the distraction (aka trolling from the peanut gallery) aren't constantly happening. So, it is a win-win for everyone!

I have never used the ignore button.

I prefer choosing when to ignore.

Videos please.

It thrives on argumentation and having things it's way...and there will be no video.

This conversation is so Machiavellian. I remember reading Discourses back in High School and a phrase stuck with me.

“Men are driven by two principal impulses, either by love or by fear.”

That's what 454.7/piano411 is showing.

A Piano Technician that loves the piano and his trade, wants to share and participate to grow interest and camaraderie. But a Technician who thinks he's superior to every one else, fears the other technicians because their competence is a perceived threat to his livelihood. Hence the pretending to be a teacher, but really just verbally pissing on you.

I don’t know why people keep feeding this troll. He’s probably laughing hysterically that people keep responding to his nonsense. He probably knows it’s gibberish nonsense and relishes everybody’s frustration with him.

I am so happy to have pushed the ignore button on him a while ago.

Normally when people want to join a conversation, they sit at the table and partake. You can continue sitting on the floor looking for crumbs to throw around if you want, or you can come to the table and discuss piano technology. When you are ready, you are welcome. Take whatever time you need. I know that you are smart enough to figure things out. I also know that you can learn from what I am talking about without having to communicate with me ever again. You can do it either way. You'll read what I write, you'll see the pictures, you'll look at the videos, and then you'll do your thing. Like it or not, you already know I wouldn't risk putting out false or misleading information.

If what you were saying had any validity, any whatsoever, at least one of you would be able to demonstrate it. It should be easy for any professional to show that what I am talking about is nonsense. But, the frustrating part is that you can't.

So, just use that ignore button. Don't engage in the distraction. When the ignore button doesn't work, you can just feel free to ignore everything on your own.

What I write, should have no impact on you. If you have nothing to add to the topic, or disproving the topic, then just ignore it. Don't pretend to use the button. Just use it. And then to you, I won't even exist.
