This was very enjoyable and very smoothly played.
Is the software free to use and does it just read a midi file.
Thanks

BillM Loved both recordings, talented at the piano and singing.
Love Roxy Music and Dylan, so it was doubly entertaining for me.

Hi, Below is a recording I've been working on for awhile using the Casio PX-5S. I've tried to get a drum track to play using patterns function but couldn't figure it out in the end so just used Garage Band via audio in, and recorded to USB. As always comments are welcome. Hope you enjoy.

Chariots Of Fire

Nice arrangement to listen to. Has a very light feel and very calming for easy listening. The original soundtrack is more rhythmic and has an upbeat feel. And the original is in Db with 5 flats which few people like.

Hi thepianoplayer416 thanks for the comments. Yes I've heard so many variations of this it's amazing how different if can make the piece sound. This is from an easy arrangement in the Faber Adult Popular Piano book 2.

ZoeCalgary - I enjoyed your recording of Chariots of Fire! The strings and drums were restrained and did not overpower the lovely melody line which you brought out nicely.

Thanks BillM. I did really simplify the drums alot so cool you noticed that. I was having trouble 'controlling' the string sounds as they would swell when held but it seemed to work out ok. When I think of this piece the first thing that comes to mind is big dramatic sounds but really when you listen to the original it is more restrained. I may redo this one with different sound sets when I get the chance.
