Pianoverkstedet in Oslo is announcing that in order to prevent hoarding, they are now limiting the purchase of grand pianos to two per family. No exceptions.

It's the right thing to do. But will other retailers follow Pianoverkstedet's lead ?

Lol lol
The marketing ploy in full steam to convince the buying public that pianos are at risk of being hoarded!!! In their dreams that everyone will want two.... or pay a premium for one because they are so valuable and a supply risk.
Great con IMO

No, this is just a sample of Norwegian humor.

Didn’t you know Georgia passed a law limiting grand piano ownership to no more than two? Better hurry and sale one before the piano police show up.

Could you get around the limit by purchasing from multiple dealers? confused

Let's think outside the box, people. What if you really, really need that third piano?

If you scroll down and read the comments, you will see that you will be allowed 3 uprights. That should solve the problem.
