Please can I be excused for 22/23 March due to travel
For 24/25 March I also did not play - we got news while away that a contractor was available to start work on Monday, about 6 weeks ahead of what we expected, so when I got home on Sunday & all day Monday was spent scrambling to clear rooms and outdoor space for this work and I had no time or energy left for piano.
Please put me back on the wagon from 26 March!

As a small addendum to the above, hopefully not too OT for this thread, I actually had a great lesson yesterday despite all the missed practice time, a good reminder never to blow off a lesson because I haven't practiced (not that I seriously considered doing it)

Please also add March 23-28 to my list. I am feeling a little better. Just don't have the energy to practice before or after work. And also sometimes I honestly procrastinate when it comes to practicing.

Sometimes we all just have to give ourselves rewards for success. Decide on a reward - could be something as simple as a bowl of ice cream - and give it to yourself if you spend even 5 mins at the keyboard. Good luck with getting back on the wagon!

I missed practicing on April 01-03. I am still dealing with health issues and also better time management when it comes to getting practicing in. However, as of April 4th I am back on the wagon.

I'm ready to join for 2019. Never knew this club existed before, and am happy to join a site that will prompt me to practice more often.

Snejana - i will add March 29 to your excused list. I hope your shoulder is better!

I have about a week and 1/2 to play until my piano goes into storage for our move to our new house. We have a couple of weeks between the close of the sale of this place and the the close of the new place, so we will probably go on a road trip. So I am practicing a lot now while I can!

I posted this to the wrong thread last Saturday. Stupid.

“The pedal assembly on my piano was removed and taken to the Kawai service center to fix the damper mechanism that is making a lot of noise. So I will be without until Tuesday. I did put in 90 minutes this morning.”

Envy (get it - NV...) was put back together this morning, good as new. I’m a happy camper! Please give me a pass for 4/7 and 4/8.

Had to miss Saturday April 6 for business travel. Back at it now.

Please excuse me for April 12th through 14th. I fly back tomorrow. I think I'll take a look at Shallow by Lady Gaga from A Star is Born (piano arrangement). I saw the movie on the plane and really enjoyed it.

I missed practicing on April 18. I didn't really have a good excuse - somehow the day has escaped me. It was my last day of vacation, and I was wrapped up in a gazillion little things.
