The triplet seems to be before the beat, so you'll play E F G F G F G F ......... G F. The triplet should be a bit more pronounced than the trill. Try not to make the trill sound very heavy. If the trill sounds to heavy keep in mind that this music was meant for harpsichords and similar instruments so a trill on a piano must be very played very soft, it surely shouldn't overpower the melody. If it does not work out just play the triplet and repeat the beginning note at the beginning of each bar (syncopated) instead of playing the trill. A very soft trill, especially in the left hand is not easy to do on a piano. A very loud trill is definitely not good.
