Has anyone had recent experience (positive or negative) with importing antique pianos with ivory key covers from Europe, especially England to the US new England states?

Thanks!

I suspect you will find it problematic, even with proper paperwork. One needs "proof" that it is over 100 years old. Also, it depends on its port of entry and destination.

There have been several threads on that here. I admit I do not have personal experience with it though.

That is what I thought at first, I scratched my head and wondered "does that exist?"

I now have a signature.

We were told by the auctioneer at the sale today that importing antique instruments with ivory keys from the UK to the USA can be difficult, depending on the particular state.
