Nice,

Wonder if it has fully-modelled piano or hybrid sample/modelling?

It's likely the old SuperNatural piano, same as in the FA-06/08.

I was curious because it doesn't sound dull like the old SuperNatural piano...hmmm

The FA-07 is electronically and sonically identical to the FA-06/08, just with the different keybed. But I never considered the SuperNatural pianos dull.

What is the type of keyboard inside? Description saying semi-weighted only.

Right. The same board with a fully weighted (hammer) action is the FA08, which also has 88 keys instead of 76.

As to the exact character of the particular semi-weighted action in the FA-07, that's still some matter of speculation. We'll probably have to wait until some people actually get their hands on one.

If this keyboard has a proper player's semi weight synth action... continued firmware development/support keeps Roland in my mind share with competitive price and features even while the Forte, Kronos, Montage gets all the attention. Right tool for the right job at the right price.

Dang you, Roland. Ok, no after touch - we'll live. Ditch the chicklet toy keyboard actions!!!
