I'd like to know who played this version. I saw the live version of Horowitz played in the Royal Hall and I thought it's a bit too fast for my liking.

Yea, that is very nicely played but no idea who the pianist is. Maybe post the question on the youtube channel?

i could be waaaay off base here but that sounds like a digital piano to me in spite of the apparent tuning issues which actually I think are artefacts (there is a lot of digital clipping going on there). I reckon this is an amateur recording simply given the nature of the recording itself, not the playing which is not for me, as a noob, to judge.

Actually it is still playing as i type and i am convinced. Home recording on a digital.

I also like his version of the Gymnopedie 1. It was an easy piece to play but so easy to mix up with those similar bars.
