Sorry, this is question for MTAC members only:

What is the difference between "Provision" and "Active" member?

Do you know if a person can be "Active" member without becoming "Provision" member first? If yes, how?

Thanks!

The MTAC website explains the difference between an active and a provisional member. If a person doesn't fulfill the requirements necessary to be an active member, they can be a provisional member, according to the website.
