OP dlipter Junior Member D Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 2	80 Year Old Marshall & Wendell Baby Grand made by Chickering & Sons. SN 113629 built in 1930. Is it worth anything? Chickering & Sons had also been absorbed by Aeolian by then. There was a lot of consolidation due to the Great Depression. Not a lot of value in the market place for these. In our market less than $2000 retail value. Co-Author of The Complete Idiot's Guide To Buying A Piano. A "must read" before you shop. Work for west coast dealer for Yamaha, Schimmel, Bosendorfer, Wm. Knabe.
