What is a difference between scaled hammer action and granted?

Assuming that you really mean "graded" hammer action, I don't think there's any difference between a scaled hammer action and a graded hammer action. Both are referring to the fact that the action gets slightly lighter as you go from low notes to high notes, or left to right; simulating the fact that an acoustic grand has heavier strings at the lower end, and thus takes a harder keystroke to strike. If an action's name isn't referred to as graded or scaled, than it probably has a consistent weight from bottom to top. Personally, I really don't care about this feature, but I admit that this could be because of my limited acoustic grand experience. IMO, as long as the action itself is nice and satisfying, I don't really care if the top note is a bit lighter than the bottom note.
