What's the problem? Finding Xmas music or copying it to a floppy disk?

There are many MIDI file sites on the internet and there are (were?) USB floppy disk drives available to be purchased and connected to a modern computer.

You "download" from the internet and you "copy" to a floppy disk. You don't "upload" to a floppy disk.

So, what does "uploading music" mean in this context?

And finally ... who uses floppy disks anymore?

I have a friend who has many floppy disk drives and floppy disks he buys surplus which he connects to his retro-computers - Apple It's, Atari's, Commodore 64s/

My question is, clearly the OP wants to save the Christmas music in MIDI files to the floppies, since there wouldn't be enough space on a 1.44MB floppy for even a single MP3 file. So where does one find Christmas music on MIDI?

G Man, I think we need some specificity from you in order to help. Are you trying to find Christmas music online, to play through your DP? And you need it on a floppy because you have a Disklavier or some kind of piano/digital piano that only takes 3.5" floppies as input?

On the internet by searching for "Christmas music midi files". smile

And of course many older digital pianos/keyboards used floppies, so I'm not surprised by the use case. I was just confused what the actual problem was. No bluntness intended...

If you have at least 2 floppy disk drives you can play them continuously!

You can even do this but you need many of them:
