But probably the sound isn't quite as lively and realistic as in the modern ones and it doesn't seem to have any resonances mentioned in the specifications.
It has quite low 32 note polyphony, that could be an issue if you play something "more elaborate" with the sustain pedal down.

$300 isn't a totally ridiculous asking price for the CN270, but please remind the seller that it's almost 20 years old and digital piano technology has taken giant leaps since then. Brand new models from the reputable brands in the $500...1000 range are significantly better. Like a Roland FP30.
