Just discovered this by recommendation. I absolutely want to jam like this guy. Absolutely stellar.

Any recent discoveries you guys have?

Probably nothing new around here, but I recently stumbled across The Piano Guys (also their homepage).

ThePianoGuys' own Jon Schmidt's performance of his own composition called "All of Me" is nothing short of mind-blowing (it was also the first time I have seen someone play with their forearms laugh ).

The sheet music can be obtained for several bucks on their site.

Also of the jazz idiom, I've been listening to a lot of Makoto Ozone lately.

Didn`t like him. There are those on this forum who I prefer. He was too erratic, disjointed, the opposite of Oscar Peterson. imo . . . . wife didn`t like his stuff either!

I liked Round Midnight.. as an instrumental and vocal, especially Julie London's recording smile

My Dad introduced me to George Winston, who's bloody fantastic. All of his albums are worth checking out, but here's a couple of my favourite songs of his from the album Autumn:

That George Winston reminds me of Hans Groiner ...
