Was working a few weeks ago and now no sound is coming from the piano. It powers up and all of the controls work but I get no sound when pressing the keys or any other sounds or playback. I don't have a set of headphones so I have not checked to see if anything can be heard while connected to a headset.

You should ask in the Digital Piano area, but the obvious things to check is that the volume is turned up and the headphone jack is not clogged. It is a very rare problem with acoustic pianos!
