Just wondering if it was possible to claim my own piano lessons on tax since I teach now...

Yup. Comes under "professional development". Claim away! smile

Yep! And with the cost of piano lessons at this level it makes a really big difference to your tax bill at the end of the year!

Absolutely - you can claim everything related to your teaching and self-education at the piano. Pianos can be depreciated, piano tuning, sheet music, books, courses, masterclasses, lessons are all tax deductions.
