This isn't as much a medley as it is pretty much a full recreation of the soundtrack. It's one of my favorites. The sense of rhythm is fairly dynamic throughout; sometimes it is heavily influenced by rubato, and other times the rhythm is completely straight.

I love the music from Death Stranding, it's a master piece, it's like the perfect music from this game. Looking at the gameplay and also setting music is a very important part of the game.
