This is Ken Chase, he is our guy in Canada where we host Piano World.
Ken is a great IT guy who knows how to keep our servers humming.

Can't tell you how many times he's helped me out, and I can contact him 24/7 if something important needs to be addressed. Well, we can only hope that he keeps "hanging in there" because his services have proven themselves. I have rarely experienced any glitches with the PW website that could be attributed to hosting services.
