The Technician's forum sometimes gets inundated with repeat questions, and it becomes tedious for technicians to answer them time and again. I have seen a few curt responses to Frequently Asked Question there... Also, check the archives using the "Search" link at the top of any page. Use key words pertinent to your query. There is tons of information in the archives, a lot of ground has been covered more than once. All this information is yours, free for the taking. If you still can't find the answer to your question, please feel free to post in the Technician's forum. JG
