You got your signals crossed!

That's Jeffrey Donovan, and he plays a character named Michael Westen (not Weston) on the USA Network series Burn Notice.

Michael Weston is an actor (and Rubinstein's grandson). Fans of the HBO's Six Feet Under may remember him as "Jake," the psychotic hitchhiker who assaulted Michael Fisher.

I don't know about Peter Westen being Artur Rubensteins grandson, but Artur's son's name is John Rubenstein, and John has a son named Michael, 2 other sons, and a daughter according to Wikipedia. John's first wife's name was Judi West, so perhaps you are on to something here, Skorpius. And, there is a resemblance to John and Artur.

I have long enjoyed the works of John Rubenstein. I wish there was a picture here, so many would recognize him as he resembles his father. I'm glad to know about this family link!

This may have been more information than needed, but if you love the Rubensteins, it is exciting to see the next generation!

From Wikipedia: Actor/singer/composer/director John Rubinstein was born in Los Angeles in 1946, the same year his father, the internationally renown Polish concert pianist Artur Rubinstein, became an American citizen.

John naturally gravitated toward a career in music.

Slim and sensitive-looking, he attended UCLA before making his 1972 Broadway debut as the baby-faced, curly-haired title role in the popular musical "Pippin" for which he received a Theater World Award.

As a composer he put the film scores of Robert Redford's The Candidate (1972) and Jeremiah Johnson (1972) together, and got off to an OK start on-camera in the movies Getting Straight (1970) and Zachariah (1971) (title role).

Though he never achieved out-and-out stardom, John biggest claim to fame would occur on Broadway later in the 1970s when he starred in "Children of a Lesser God,", which won him the Tony, Drama Desk and L.A. Drama Critics Circle Awards. Other Big Apple appearances would include "Fools", "The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial" (Drama Desk nomination), "Hurlyburly", and "M. Butterfly", and he originated the male counterpart in the popular two-person play "Love Letters" in 1989.

As he matured, John grew into stronger corporate roles, some deceptively cunning and decisively slick, notably on TV, wherein he essayed the role of MGM mogul Irving Thalberg in the mini-movie The Silent Lovers (1980) (TV). He won an Emmy Award nomination for his recurring ex-husband role on the popular drama series "Family" (1976/III), for which is was also responsible for the music.

John went on to compose, orchestrate and conduct the scores to over 50 TV shows and mini-movies. A prolific stage and TV director notwithstanding, he co-helmed the L.A. revival of Elmer Rice's Counsellor-At-Law, in which he also played the title role, as well as a number of established musicals including "Into the Woods" and "A Little Night Music." He has directed TV episodes of "Nash Bridges" (1996) and "High Tide" (1994), among others and in recent years, has appeared in fine stage form in "Ragtime" and "Enigmatic Variations.".

Married twice, John has four children.
1) Judi West (15 December 1971 - 1989) (divorced) 2 children
2) Jane Lanier (1992 - 2002) (divorced) 2 children

Has one daughter and three sons: Jessica, Michael, Peter and Jacob.

Actually ... the actor with the very famous father is John Rubinstein.

I wouldn't mention this mistake (though, all things being equal, I do prefer to see Arthur Rubinstein's name spelled correctly) except to point out that this whole thread was caused by a spelling error: the conflation of actor Michael Weston with a character named Michael Westen.

Though we cannot deny the coolness and sexiness of one such Michael Westen. I love Burn Notice!

This is Michael Weston who is now a regular on House, pictured alongside his grandfather. Does anyone see a family resemblance?

Wait a second, I recognize him! He had a guest role on Psych as an unfunny weatherman that was actually pretty funny.

The information about Artur Rubinstein, his well known son, John Rubinstein, and the grandson, Michael Weston is valid. I would hate to see that lost.

Each of these Rubinsteins are well known in the arts. Try googling their names. A family tree of talent.

Jeffrey Donovan? Okay, now I can see how you confused Michael Weston with Michael Westen.
