I've just recorded myself playing Chopin's nocturne Op 72 No. 2.
I'm planning on recording a CD to give to my grandparents as a gift.

I'd love to hear some comments, good or bad!
I know it's not perfect and I'm actually still working on the piece so it's certainly not a definitive recording. And though my grandparents would never tell me it is bad, I still want to give them something of decent quality

Here's the link :

Hope it works...

Nunatax

PS: I know I still have to work on those trills

Some can tell you to go to heck in such a manner that you would think you might actually enjoy the trip, but that is far more polite than civil - JBryan

What a lovely & thoughtful gift for your grandparents! I hope I will be as fortunate as your grandparents someday.

I enjoy listening to other member recordings but was unable to open your link. frown

Sorry, Nunatax, I couldn't open the link either.

But I like your idea. This summer I'm going to play a recital for a special family celebration of my Dad's 80th birthday. Should be fun!

Chris
