Hey there again, all of you have been so helpful in your responses to me so far, so thought Id try another one.
i happen to have been rading another response in another topic about sheet music for students...and someone mentioned the sheetmusicarchive.net website, I checked this out and it only took me to one of those branched sites that offers like 15 other links that have something to do with what you typed in your address. It wasnt a real site. I was wondering if anyone out there could recommend a sheet music site that offers downloads that can be printed and stuff. preferable free ones, but not absolutely necessary. thanks!

sheetmusicarchive.net is easily one of the best.

If it's not working for you, consider this:

1) Make sure you're not typing .com at the end. sheetmusicarchive.COM is bad. sheetmusicarchive.NET is good.

2) Once you're there, go to the individual composer pages linked on the left hand side. Those take you to the music.

Also, there's a sticky post at the top of the Pianist's Corner forum that lists a lot of different sites. That's your best bet.

"If we continually try to force a child to do what he is afraid to do, he will become more timid, and will use his brains and energy, not to explore the unknown, but to find ways to avoid the pressures we put on him." (John Holt)
