Some folks will be coming a distance so I would venture to say early afternoon would probably be a good time to get the party started.
How does your schedule look for that date? We will probably need you to unlock the door for us!!!

Terry, I contacted our two wayward members...Haven't heard yet if they are coming... Are you coordinating food or should we wing it?

Thanks for making the requested contacts, Bee!
I say we relax the food menu and wing it this time.
Beverages (tonic/water/coffee) are all set. I'll bring along a hearty veggie soup. Whatever food item anyone wants to bring, we'll make room for it on the table!
All contributions will be welcome!

Could someone post directions again? We traveled from the recital last time. With this week's weather I might have to make up time working, but will try to come. Want to! Thanks! Roberta

One nice thing about getting to my shop is that rt 495 N & S, rt 3 N & S all converge at the Lowell Connector. Take the Lowell connector toward Lowell center,(only goes one way anyway), take exit 4, Plain St, R at the bottom of the ramp. Take an immediate L at the car wash, Tanner St. Go about 300 yards you will come to a 4 way stop. You are now facing Lincoln St. The 4 story Brick mill bldg immediatly to your L is where I am. Take a L and park, come in the door marked 171 and come to the top floor, you can't miss the gathering from there. Call me if you have difficulties getting there and I'll talk you in.

Disappointing news... I can't make it.
I've been tending to a sick bird all week and will need to continue with the regimen for another few days at least.
Really sorry I won't be able to be there.
Take a zillion pictures.
HAVE FUN.

Darn, I had to miss it afterall. We had SNOW! It started while we were out working this morning, so we quit early. Came home, got ready, then it REALLY started coming down, so had to gather the tender pots and cover or bring them in, then big client called and his new (expensive) trees were ready to snap. So guess what I had to do. Hope you all had a great time. Looking forward to the pics. Roberta, full from her homemade salsa she had made to bring. ;-(

Thank you Larry, and Terry for making a great time possible even after making a grand fool of myself. This was a lot of fun, and I look forward to other gatherings. John

John, your playing gave me chills. Never should you feel anything other than proud of your beautiful playing.
Maybe it will show in pics, but John has the coolest tablet computer that is just for sheet music. Ax made the comment that it turns pages faster and they don't fall back! Maybe John, you'll fill the forum in on this neat gadget?
It was a lovely way to spend a Sat afternoon. Warm, great company, fattening food, sparkling conversation and all while looking out the huge windows to see snow!

Jeanne, it's in the Piano Forum. Here's the link:
Picture link Roberta, I missed seeing you there. As it was, lucky I got caught in your snow on the drive back. I left the party a little early to go to Zimmans in Lynn, and during the whole drive there, I was pelted by big wet snow splats. When I arrived in Lynn, the ground was covered with about two inches of sloppy wet snow. Yuck! Thankfully, things dried up just as I exited NH to Maine. How backwards is that?!
