If anyone is interested in attending a tour of the Frederick Collection in Ashburnham, MA either the day prior to the M&H tour or the day after, should contact me and I will try to organize a PW group tour. [Frank Added link to M&H Tour Info]: http://www.pianoworld.com/ubb/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?/topic/22/107.html Patricia & Michael Frederick would be availabale to host a tour of their collection either Tues, May 1st or Thurs, May 3nd. Whether you're arriving from out-of-state or live locally, here is unique opportunity to learn about the history of the piano collection and also the added enjoyment of playing any piano in the collection. ________________________________________________ Tour Group for Frederick Study Center, Thursday, May 3, 2007 - Time: ???? Terry, Roberta and I are not going to the M&H Tour this year but might be interested in the Frederick Collection tour. Roberta is not able to make it on Tuesday - I will have to check with her about Thurs. Ed

Hi Ed.. If I don't receive any responses from out of state members who plan to attend the M&H tour, we can go ahead and schedule a tour date that works best for just a local group. Maybe you have some neighbors who might be interested in joining you and Roberta for a ride over the bridge??!!
In the meantime, let me know if Thursday works for Roberta.
How about you, John???

Yes, I still reside in MA (for now) and no, I do not own an airline, I collect frequent flier miles as a hobby.

Terry-
I may be able to go. Will have to come alone, as hubby can't do 2 days off work. And that will depend on my NOT getting lost on the way- not necessarily out of the question. I am hopelessly geographically challenged! LOL Either day is fine with me.

Depending on which day the tour would be held, my wife and I would like to attend. We would prefer Thurdsday as we will be traveling back to Western New York State. Tony

On my initial post to this thread, I have added an attendee listing for those of you requesting a visit to the study center. This evening I forwarded an email to Pat Frederick advising her for the requested date of Thursday, May 3rd. When I receive her reply, I'll update a time schedule and we'll take it from there. MAK... if I was able to locate the Frederick Study Center on my own, trust me, you won't have a problem. If you'd like to consider meeting up with me someplace, we could drive out together in my car. It would be fun. Ed B & Tony F: I've alerted Pat to attendees joining us from the Cape and others planning to travel back to upstate NY on the same day. We'll see what she can do to accommodate a timely schedule that will suite everyones needs.

Thanks, Terry. That could work. I know where Tewksbury is!! lol The only other hitch in the works is that our first chili cookoff is that Saturday. And my going will depend on how ready we are to head out on Friday. But I think we will be set. We have this stuff down to a science, trust me!! lol

Pat requests we setup a starting time that works for our group. Plan on the tour lasting 2-3 hrs.
Since Ed is coming up from the Cape and Tony needs to get back to NY; how does 10am work for everyone? Do we want to start earlier than 10am or later???
Ed... anyone else from the CC group planning to attend???
