The party is on! Saturday, Jan. 17 in San Juan Capistrano. Everyone local and here for NAMM is invited. Please email me for details I'd rather not print here. Also, I will provide a really fabulous salad, probably some lasagna and dessert (and maybe some potato pancakes for Norbert!) but we need a TON of other stuff.

See you all there!

Whoo Hooo!
Piano Party!
What time?
I'll bring drinks and my "Please, No Drinks Near Piano" sign.
Coincidently, my teacher is having his annual student recital the prior weekend so I'll invite my fellow students.
Some of them play really well!
I'll also invite my teacher and his wife, it will be a treat if either one of them plays.

I hope some of the grouchy piano retailers from here don't show up just to give Penny and me a piece of their mind.

Uh, oh, Kenny, we may be in BIG trouble! As for the sign, we already ripped you ..., I mean, imitation is the most obvious form of flattery, right? We already have a copy of your infamous sign on our piano! (It appeared after a non-piano-playing acquaintance came "this close" to putting his coffee cup down on the piano!!!!)

Penny,

I hope I can spend time with you. I don't yet know what other time commitments I have, but I would love to be there.

I'll be there early with the libations, and a carload of groupies.
One or two of my teachers other students plan to attend too.
Norbet if you are bringing the owners of some German, Austrian, or Italian piano makers, be sure they bring some free samples for us.

Norbert and Rich: You could follow Rick Clark if you see him at NAMM. I know he's going to the Party-Party from there.

Norbert,

If you are not planning on going too late I would be happy to give you a ride down and back as I live very close to the convention center.

Email me and I will be happy to provide you some phone numbers.

Actually why don't you email me at lvb88 @ yahoo dot com. I'll get it quicker.

6 p.m. for early birds. Anytime thereafter to be "fashionably late."

Anyone know Geokin, member 5113? He has emailed me about coming, but I haven't seen any posts by him, and I feel a little strange giving out the directions to my home. Hate to assume the worst ...
