NAK, do the math... if you can wait six years, you've got it made. laugh

Oh, and BTW, Cindy's "fox" comment places her squarely in the late 1970's. Back then a "fox" was someone like Farrah Fawcett -- who's now old enough to be your grandmother -- a gorgeous specimen of womanhood. Cindy is a "fox," too, and you know what they say: "The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree." wink )

"This is the housing facility for the Great Weapon. I am the keeper of the great weapon. You are the Great Destroyer. You will demolish the facility, kill me, steal the Great Weapon and bring about the doom for billions of people. Welcome! How may I be of assistance?"

Matt,

How *dare* you! Use of the term "fox" does *not* date me as a child of the 70's!

Fine. Have it your way.

My daughter is not a fox, then. She's a brick house.

That's one of my favorite songs to dance to. I generally only dance at church fundraisers. I am known as THE dancer, starting at the very first song, and demanding just a few more at the end. We have a very big, coordinated black dad who is also known as a dancer too. We are expected to dance this song at every event... coming up on this Saturday..

Ow, she's a brick house
She’s mighty, mighty, just lettin' it all hang out
Ow, she's a brick house
I like ladies stacked, that's a fact, ain't holdin' nothin' back
Ow, she's a brick house
Well-built together, everybody knows, this is how the story goes

She knows she's got everything
That a woman needs to get a man, yeah, yeah
How can she lose, good stuff she use
36-24-36, what a winning hand

'Cause she's a brick house
She's mighty, mighty, just lettin' it all hang out
Hey, she's a brick house
Oh, I like ladies stacked, that's a fact, ain't holdin' nothin' back
Oh, she's a brick house, yeah
She's the one, the only one, built like an amazon

Mmm, the clothes she wear, her sexy ways
Make a old man wish for younger days, yeah, yeah
She knows she's built and knows how to please
Sho'nuff can knock a strong man to his knees

'Cause she’s a brick house
Yeah, she's mighty, mighty, jJust lettin' it all hang out
Hey, brick house
I like a lady's stacked, that's a fact, ain't holdin' nothin' back, ow

Shake it down, shake it down, down
Shake it down, shake it down, down
Shake it down, shake it down, down
Shake it down, shake it down, down, down

Shake it down, shake it down, down
Shake it down, shake it down, down
Shake it down, shake it down, down
Shake it down, ow

Brick house
Yeah, she's mighty, mighty, just lettin' it all hang out
Ow, a brick house
Yeah she's the one, the only one, built like an amazon, yeah

Shake it down, shake it down, shake it down, down
Shake it down, shake it down, shake it down, down
Shake it down, shake it down, shake it down, down
Shake it down, shake it down, shake it, shake it

Shake it down, shake it down, shake it down, down
Shake it down, shake it down, shake it down, down
Shake it down, shake it down, shake it down, down
Shake it down, shake it down, shake it

Ow, a brick house

I've sat through, like, infinity of showings of this movie just in the last month. Since the kids (and we adults) now have big chunks of it committed to memory, I suggested that we start watching it dubbed into Spanish, with English subtitles, to help me improve my Spanish. I'm sure that there will come a day in Central America when I'll be able to work "Tienen los pollos garras grandes?" into a conversation. smile

We finally rented that movie. Strangly funny! My 11 year old thinks it is hilarious. I have to admit, I laughed out loud in a few spots.

Evidently I'm an easy laugher, because I found myself chuckling at the opening credits... o the joys of being easily amused! laugh
