Samick comes in lots of flavors, at least nowadays. Chickering, Knabe, Sohmer, Kohler&Campbell, Hobart M. Cable, Maeri, Hyuandi, Wurlitzer, and yep, even Samick, are made by Samick.

Check out "Korean" on the search mode, and you ought to be able to read for days....

One minor correction: Hobart M. Cable was made by Sejung in China. Of course, that may have changed.

At one time Samick was the largest producer of pianos in the world. As you might guess, such a large company has many different levels of quality to satisfy various price points. Jolly has given you a long list of those.

Thanks for the correction. Conover Cable is the Samick, Hobart is Chinese.

'Tis hard to keep all of them straight, sometimes.

Jolly,

I forgot about Conover Cable. I thought that your list was complete, for now, anyway.
