My church has one, that's all the label says (No model number I can find.) It has a 3.5 inch floppy drive - just kidding, apparently it is a slot for IBM punch cards, because there is a drawer full of them for various stops.

Here's my problem. I would like to know if there is any way to do input from any other source into the organ. I cannot find any input or output jacks of any kind, but I don't have a manual, and I don't know if there any panels that come open.

This organ is pre-MIDI, correct? Does anybody know if there are any input or output jacks somewhere? I would either like to feed it with a MIDI file, and let it output organ music, or feed it with a .wav file, and let it output recorded organ music, occasionally.

gotta go practice

The instrument of which you speak could be any number of models, ranging from 1971 to about 1994 or so. The slot is simply referred to by Allen Organ as the "Card Reader".

With regard to input on the organ, I'm afraid it will take a bit more detail to understand the potential of your particular instrument. I would simply recommend that you call Allen Organ, directly, and ask one of their sales personnel for information on that instrument. They will be more than happy to hear from you, and will give you not only the information you need, but make a reference to a local tech in your area that may be of help in getting the connections you require routed to a convenient position under the keybed.
