I bought this digital piano a couple years ago and now the keys all stick down. It's completely unplayable. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it common to the model or perhaps all digital pianos? What can I do to do fix it? Is there anything or are suzuki pianos just pieces of crap? If anyone has any information or advice it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Never experienced this kind of a problem.

I have a Suzuki SS-90 that I have played every day for the last 4 years. I have had two problems in that time, relating to either the headphone or AC/DC jack. Both were repaired by the local Suzuki dealer, first at home free under warranty and the next one at their facility, free of charge.

My experience has been that Suzuki can take a lot of use, but seems to have some sensitive jack assemblies.

You should call your dealer to see about getting yours repaired.
