They list a non-800 number and a street address. I would look them up in the regular phone book to confirm that they are a real business.

That they are a legitimate business is one question. Whether they are a business you want to work with is another question. The fact that all of the "customer testimonials" appear to be bogus would be a clue that they are a little shy in the integrity department.

I purchased my little $200(USD) multi-track recorder from them and had no problems. One of my cousins purchased an electric guitar from them for, I think, around $800(USD) and had no problems.

Personally, I would not trust their reviews, and would not use them for any decision making basis.
