Interesting you ask, because I'm in the process of learning a Rhapsody and Blue arrangement for piano and Wind Ensemble (the orchestra here isn't large enough). For about a week, the conductor and I were searching for other such pieces. You'll find relatively few original compositions for this set-up, and probably the same amount of arrangements.
Original compositions include Stravinsky's concerto for piano and winds, Janacek's capriccioso for piano/winds (these are not "actual" wind ensemble instrumentations to the best of my knowledge), Piet Swert's concerto, one by Kevin Volans, and a handful of others that I can't remember specifically. We also found an arrangement of the Gottschalk Tarantelle, and even one of Gershwin's Concerto in F which I much prefer over the Rhapsody, but is too long for the concert.
I think you'll have the best luck with a similar arrangement, because many of the original compositions are very difficult.

I've played Rhapsody in Blue with a wind ensemble as well. It's actually not that far from the original, which was scored for jazz orchestra with only very few strings.
Apart from some mentioned by Goldberg, the only piece for piano and winds I can think of would be Messiaen's Oiseaux Exotiques...

Goldberg, I`ve been making a research about original concertos for piano and wind ensemble and my list is about 180 (conting on concertos, concertinos, rapsody`s or any piece with piano as a solist with wind ensemble), the Janacek has the capriccio for left hand that a colege of mine played and i will get the score, and also a concertino also with strings and wind instruments.
My problem is to really find one that "ring a bell" so i can be motivated to study hard and have a good piano concerto. The one i like moast is the "Parade Concerto" of Serge Lancen (with Roger Muraro as solist is "colosale"). But i would like to have more good choises.
As for the Gershwin concerto, I`ve played it 2 years ago, but never did it with orchestra os even concert band (maybe one day who knows, but it`s very expensive to get a concert band instrumentation, specealy if you are not sure the band can play or if is a good one, i think there is more than 1 of this concerto)...
Any way i think i didn`t have the Gottschalk Tarantelle, i will research on that one too.
Thanks for your repys!!

Messiaen also have "Couleurs de la cité céleste" but are they big pieces and not very hard to the wind instruments? I really never listen to these works... although i know they exist.
Thanks for the reply!
